8th Edition of Euro Global Conference on
The 8th Edition of Euro-Global Conference on Food Science and Technology (FAT 2026) will be hosted in Rome, Italy on September 14–16, 2026 as a Hybrid event (in-person & online) under the theme “Safe, Smart & Sustainable Food Systems.”
